In our proposal, project management is prioritized as the core of the business, with key and relevant items being adherence to deadlines, quality, and cost. This is attributed to efforts in management, planning, control, and monitoring of projects, as well as the development of a constructability plan, risk management, integration plan for different areas, and a quality assurance and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) plan.
